IU names vice president for information technology
Indiana University named Kendra Ketchum, a veteran higher education IT executive, as vice president for information technology and chief information officer effective October 6th. She comes to IU from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she served as vice president for information management and technology.

Accessibility training resources for inclusive digital learning at IU

IU's Mosaic Active Learning Initiative welcomes new fellows, launches ALCOVE program
The Mosaic Active Learning Initiative, IU's leading program for advancing active learning, welcomed a new cohort of faculty fellows this fall. This year's group of 20 educators marks a significant milestone as the first cohort to bring together faculty from across multiple campuses in a hybrid format. Complementing the Mosaic Initiative is the new ALCOVE Faculty Fellows Initiative, at IU Bloomington.

New cohort of advanced cyberinfrastructure student fellows
Meet the six IU students selected to participate in the Advanced Cyberinfrastructure Student Fellows program in fall 2025 and spring 2026. This new group of ACI student fellows will gain invaluable assistance tackling the technical and workflow challenges of using advanced cyberinfrastructure such as IU's Big Red 200, Quartz, Jetstream2, and advanced visualization systems.

Boosting student success through learning analytics
The Learning Analytics Initiative represents a new approach to data-informed teaching that can transform educational outcomes across the university.
